Return and Refund Policy - Ceramic She Wrote

Greetings from Ceramic She Wrote! We value your trust in our products, and to ensure your satisfaction, we have crafted the following return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Your purchase qualifies for return or replacement under the following conditions:

Incorrect Product Delivery:
If the product received does not align with the item description on our website or if an incorrect product is delivered.


Quality or Manufacturing Defect:
If the product exhibits a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or sustains damage during transit.
Handcrafted Artisan Products


At Ceramic She Wrote, our products are skillfully crafted by experienced artisans, with each piece being a unique creation. The handmade nature introduces slight variations in color tone, shape, or size between products, which are inherent and not considered defects. Such variations do not qualify for return or replacement.

Preorders
Preorders cannot be canceled, and orders with preorders will be consolidated and shipped as a complete order.

Discretion and Individual Resolution
Given the distinctive nature of our products, we retain the sole discretion to determine the appropriate resolution for each case. Each return or exchange request is handled as a unique and individual matter.

Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable in the following scenarios:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency.
Recipient refusal of the package.
Should any of the above situations occur, we are pleased to offer package reshipment, provided the customer bears the shipping fee of Rs.100/-.

Return Process
If your purchase aligns with our return criteria, kindly reach out to us at care@ceramicshewrote.in within 48 hours of delivery, providing the following details:

Order number
Delivery address
Unboxing video
Specify the reason for the Return
For defective or incorrect products, please attach an image to the email.
Regrettably, emails or images sent after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.

Defective Product Resolution
In the event of a genuine defect, we are pleased to offer one of the following resolutions within 7-10 working days after the product is collected:

Exchange with a replacement product.
Initiate a credit note equivalent to your order amount.


Unavailability of Replacement:
Under specific circumstances where a replacement is unattainable, we will promptly notify you and proceed with a store credit for the paid amount within 7-10 business days.

Tampered Packages
If you suspect the package has been tampered with, kindly refuse acceptance of the item and return the package to the delivery person before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD).

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hrs of the delivery.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement orĀ initiate a credit note withĀ your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process aĀ store credit of the paid amount within 7-10 business days.Ā

If you find that the package has been tampered, please do not accept the item and handover the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD(Proof of Delivery).
